architecture, component libraries, and the documentation that keeps them alive past
launch week.

## Recent work

- Rebuilt the design system for a Series C payments company: 40+ components, full
  light/dark token parity, adopted across 6 product squads in one quarter.
- Ran an accessibility audit across a 200-screen banking app; shipped fixes that took
  it from WCAG A to AA.
- Speak occasionally about "design systems as product, not project."

## How I work

Short discovery call, a one-week audit, then a scoped proposal. I don't do open-ended
retainers — every engagement has a defined deliverable.
